Yes, I too sometimes have very restless sleep.  Once a month I find myself taking a sleeping pill, which allows me to sleep.  Usually the day after the pill is also very affective.  But I am also a bit weary and careful with taking sleeping pills, not ever wanting to take on a regular basis.  I have also found that a nice cup of tea makes me often ease into sleep.  Since the weather is warmer, I often take an evening bike ride, after which a shower.  Both tend to aide in a good night's sleep.
Shoot i experience this just last week, and part of this week, i dont have a blocked nose but i am kindaa reckless when i cant sleep im aways moving, washing clothes ironing clothes and putting everthing in order in the closet man i got that real bad, or i'll go to sleep at 9 and wake up at one then im moving!!!

wow i did not realize this wasrelated to my scd... i have always just considered myself an insomniac, usually if i sleep too long i wake up with a really bad head ache. now i tend to sleep too much, i wake up grogy and and in pain... its really weird but in reading posts here i am realizing its common.
