Hola Everyone,
I was just wondering how your social and dating lives are affected by sickle cell???
I rarely meet people who can relate to what I'm going through. Dating is a no go b/c people never understand why I'm in the hospital so much, why I go to bed early, why I take daily naps. It gets to be too much and I realize that no one will ever understand what I go through unless…

I also have another question for you. Did you ever get the feeling back in your face from the crisis? Its been almost a year for me and the feeling has still not returned to my lower face.
I love to dance and I’ve always wanted to take kickboxing how do you do it? I don’t go dancing and when I dance at home I can’t dance too much because of my AVN. My school offers kickboxing and I’ve always wanted to get into it but I feel it will just strain my AVN any suggestion because I would love to take up Kickboxing if I could.
