There Is A Place Where You Can Help Other Adults With Sickle Cell

We will be celebrating 100 years since the discovery of Sickle Cell Anemia and it's about time that we give our disease an adult face and voice. Although we have our Poster Child we also need something that symbolizes the adults living with the disease. Join me in my campaign to make SCD Soldiers the new identifier for adults with the disease. Become a SCD Soldier and become a part of the grand celebration in September 2010.

We are recruiting Support Soldiers and Front-Line Soldiers. If you need something when you are sick and you need people who understand to help you cope, our network is the place for you. If you need help or want to provide help join the network

Don't forget to visit the Service Recommendation section, you can help us decide what type of services we will provide. If you haven't heard it yet SCD Soldier's also have an Anthem. I hope it will motivate you to become a soldier now. Check it out in the Video Gallary section at http://scdsoldiernetwork.com

Wow...this is really a great group and a great celebration indeed. Thank you for sharing this info with us...I hope those in the ATL will be able to get active with this organization!

The Celebration is slated to be held in Atlanta, GA however we will be planning events in cities where large numbers of soldiers are located. So join the Network and tell family and friends who want to support the campaign. We need teens and adults who is willing to offer a little time when needed. Our Ride or Die Advocates should join us as a Front-Line Soldier.
