Does anyone living with sickle cell have a tattoo? I'm wanting one but worried it'll cause infection or unnecessary sickness in my body. Any tips on weither I should reconsider getting it?

How has living with sickle cell made an impact on your life?: It affects my income, when I get sick I cannot work and therefor have no income. My ability to do certain things like swimming, running, being in cold or wet weather, it stopped me from going away to college.
