I posted this in 2009 and I avent been here since then but I came back to see if it was still up and honestly im shocked to have 1 negative comment on it. Though it wasn't my feelings on it we understand and not trying to say we are depressed. I'm sure my ex was just saying she felt very helpless she couldn't help me when I was down with pain. but I hope this still helps people out.

Very true ,my 35 year old son has suffered with the disease all of his life ,and it has affected me mentally and emotionally because I feel helpless

My ex lover made this for me to show her feelings and support me when I did a project on educating people who want to know about sickle cell. Ty love now its up for all to see.
