I do weights as well, but I always do cardio to warm up first. I do 10 mins of cardio, usually the elliptical machine, then do 5 sets of 10-12 reps with weights targeting specific areas...chest, abs, arms or legs, then do another 10 minutes of cardio. I keep doing this for about an hour, getting about 40 minutes cardio total with a full body workout. Every other day.
On alternate days, I either do yoga at home, or take a zumba class. I love being healthy and fit.
I tried running and jogging outside but that gave me alot of pain in my knees for days after, even with special running shoes, so I just workout in the gym with music blasting on my ipod
