The Sickle Cell Warriors, Inc. Community Awards Banquet is a dinner event specifically for members of the sickle cell community to connect, celebrate, and communicate. This event will bring together heroes of the sickle cell community for a celebratory evening of inspiration and world-class entertainment. Warriors, advocates, health care professionals (nurse & physician) will be honored for their outstanding work in the sickle cell community.

Your support provides services for those affected by sickle cell disease. It allows Sickle Cell Warriors, Inc. to continue its unique engagement, education, awareness, support, and advocacy for the sickle cell community. Your information will not be shared or sold in any way. Refunds will only be offered until July 1st, after that, there will be no refunds given.

Come dressed to impress! Each entrant must have a ticket or be registered for the SCW Annual Gathering.

**If you are registered for the entire weekend of meetings at the Warriors Annual Gathering, you don't have to purchase a separate Banquet ticket**
