Normal Hemaglobin for Sickle Cell Anemia??

Does anybody know what the normal hemaglobin is for patient with Sickle Cell Anemia?

It varies per individual, depending on what your reticulocyte count and ESR is. My hematologist once told me that the best zone for me is 8-10. I usually crises when I dip below an 8, and pass out if it dips below 6.
yea, it depends on the individual...on a good day, am about a 9 or 10....other times, am bout a 7
yes it should be between 9-10, if its below 7 you need a transfusion.
My normal range is between a 9 1/2 to a 10 whe i get to about an eight i feel real bad
