Hello SC Family,

Is there anyone out there who has trouble sleeping at night?  It does not matter what I take my body seems to get use to the medicine and I am up.  Any help or advice will be appreciated.

Try some lemon balm tea.  Its my best relaxation tea.

I just moved back 2 Atlanta ...I feel better here than up n Kentucky si me an my husband an 3 kids moved on down here... b 4 I go 2 sleep I take my morphine an sleepy time tea with Valarien it will knock u out every time ..try switching your pain meds your body could have build up a tolerance :)!!!

wow.I have the EXACT same problem.The medication throws me out of whack.Its be going on for a while.I take lots of naps during the day because i stay up during the night.and i think the naps ad to sleepless nights.so for me its like an endless cycle

I feel u on this, i had this problem too, but its a lot better for me now, I started taking melatonin a few hours before i plan on going to bed. U can give it a try!
