Hi All i am new to this site and would just like to know what others are doing to keep there pain under control. It seems like every time i go to the doctor they don't know what to do and they just have me on a set of pain medications that really doesn't work for me anymore. I'm not someone who likes to complain when i have a pain crisis but sometimes it's so bad that i find myself complaining. All i want to do is live a pain free life. I can't see myself taking hydroxeruea for the rest of my life. In all honesty that medication does nothing for me but the doctors say its good and it will help me in the long run. If anyone know of ways that can help me keep my pain away that will be so helpful. I haven't been in a severe crisis in over a year but i find that i get a lot of aches and pains here and there. Please respond and tell me your suggestions. Thank You.........Princess Aleah
