The role of the Trait

Good day SC family, I just wanted to ask a question pertaining to the Sickle Cell Trait. My question is: Does anyone with the trait or anyone who knows someone with the trait that has experienced symptoms of the disease? I have a son and a daughter both with the trait. My daughter never complains about sickness but my son complains about sickness a lot. He has chronic headaches and back pains that he can not explain along with pains in his legs from time to time. Hello SC Family: I wanted to get your option about diet and exercise. I am two years away from the big 40 and I have just started to gain weight. I am about 30lbs overweight which is a lot for me and my body. I use to weight 138lbs but now I am 168lbs. I want to lose some weight with exercise but my doctor advise me against it.
