How has living with sickle cell made an impact on your life?
I have been struggling with this'curse' of a life starting at 5 months as a baby.Now that I'm 40, because of God's blessing that I'm still here, I can't complain. But, seriously, this ilness has caused me a lot of hardships, jobs,chances of trying to succeed at finishing my career as a nurse or anything in healthcare
What are you hoping to gain by joining the site?
I am hoping to gain a better and stronger understanding in why are we going through our lives with pain so bad, all you can do is turn to God first, then find support through others that live with the same pain that I am living.
