How has living with sickle cell made an impact on your life?: Sickle cell has made strong and driven, i dont let the SC take over my life but sometimes bcs of the pain i live with everyday i get deppresed.
Lately im depressed more than often bcs im jus tired of having pain all the time from dusk till dawn i wake up with pain Lately this living with pain is starting to affect me psychologically after 36 yrs of always having pain i feel i cant take it anymore. My 8 yr old son is starting to see how pain affects me all the time and my family cant understand how i feel i just hate my body bcs it cause me so much pain.... Sometimes i just stay in bed and i had sleep disorders either i cant sleep or i over sleep. I need to talk to someone about this.
