- How has living with sickle cell made an impact on your life?
- I HAVE struggled with childhood, teen years, and now as an adult the struggle is still my life. I have felt angry and sad, but, through a lot of prayer, I have managed to continue to fightwith everyday pain,raising my son, wheelchair bound to keep trying to live.
- What are you hoping to gain by joining the site?
- better confidence and being able to reach out to others looking for the same thing, peace, better medications, and being ready to enjoy life in spite of how others feel about our lifestyle.
