- How has living with sickle cell made an impact on your life?
- I think the illness had more of a profound impact on me when I was younger, as I was ill frequently and required many admissions to hospital. This often impacted on the amount of time I was away from school and limited my social interactions with others, which it can still do, but to a lesser degree.
