How has living with sickle cell made an impact on your life?: WELL ITS BEEN A BIG IMPACT MY LIFE SOMETIMES ITS HAS ME VERY SCARED BY THINKKING I MIGHT NOT MAKE IT TO SEE MY THREE LIL ONES ONE DAY WITHOUT A MOTHER. NOW IM TAKING IT ONE DAY AT A TIME TRYING TO TO FIND A CURE OR SOMETHING TO SLOW DOWN MY CRISSIS CAUSE ITS VERY HARD OUT HERE BEING A SINGLE MOTHER OF THREE WITH SICKLE CELL NEVER REALLY KNOWING HOW LONG OR WHEN YOU ARE GONNA HAVE A CRISSIS ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY CALL THE HOSPITAL MY SECOND HOME BUT THE DOCTOR HAS ME SCARED RIGHT NOW BECAUSE OF MY LAST FEW CRISSIS I HAD THEY ARE TRYING TO GET ME THE DRUG HYDROXYUREA SO IM GETTING READY TO GIVE IT A TRY CAUSE I WANT TO LIVE TO SEE MY LIL ONES GET MARRIED AND HAVE SOME LITTLE ONES
