My daughter sees a hematologist in Orlando, Fl, her next visit is in February and I intend to raise the issue of Nicosan with him. My suspicion is that he will not know about it. I have done quite a lot of research here in Trinidad and nobody seems to know about the existance of Nicosan, so my plan is to get as much information as possible and share it with the sickle cell population here.

She has been symptom and crises free thus far and I am doing as much research and networking as much as possible so that we are educated.
