taking lots of b vitamins like b6 b12 b9 helps alots with the blood count.look haven scd ss have not been easy to live with but its apart of us and we have to learn everything possible to stay on top of it. drinking plenty of water ,plenty of rest,taking of viatmins,hydrea and less stress can do wounders for our health.its up to us to take of our self cause no one else can olny we no our pain.

I take a high potency multivitamin.  It has 100% of the recommended daily allowance of a lot of vitamins and minerals.
