We still Hope

At age 10, I developed a limp and at age 11, I was diagnosed with necrosis in my left hip. At that time, I had to take motrin 800 everyday. I was in pain with each step. Now, at age 19, it doesnt hurt anymore - just only in certain positions. My hip doesn't lock anymore either, at least not all the way, because I can sense when I'm getting into a bad position. The limp isn't as bad, but it still remains. It gets worse after crisis due to shock and stiffening. I think progress with stretching and yoga, keeps the limp not as bad. Just don't go crazy with yoga, cause you will hurt yourself and be sore. Make it gradual progression.
