i get bad migrine and headaches all the time, if i take eds for it like ibprofen or something light and it goes away it a headache if i take a vic its migrine and if it doesnt go away and it hurts really bad its a crisis in my head. Ever had that before. i use to think all my migrines were headaches and wats nots but i found out from my dr they can actually be crisises in the head and the best thing for them is to lay in a dark quite room with a cool rag on your fourhead and made some meds if its really bad, and i always have some water around too. I just call it nap time. hope this helps.

Hi Luchy,

Did you ever tried the lemon grass juice???? Yo can get the plant on the internet and it will be with you forever. Just take a bunch of its leaf cut and put in the blender with a little bit of water, ice and sugar. It is delicious and will make yo feel relaxed.

Beware of silent strokes...not to scare you, but we need to be careful with any and all pain issues. See your doctor if it get's too bad, also check your blood pressure often and keep hydrated...need that blood flowing.

Also, stress is a killer. Find ways to relieve stress: exercise, yoga, meditation, prayer, warm relaxing camomile tea (spelling?) whatever works. We have to TAKE CHARGE of our health cause no one else will. And, what good is anything (a degree, two jobs, success, etc.) if we don't have our health?

If it persist you need to see a doctor at once. I have found that Magnesium works better than otc pain pills and will relax the body as well. Add more Magnesium to your diet and always keep some handy for such a time as this.

Magnesium Malate or Citrate seems to be the best form or absorbed. Here is a link to what I use... Really Works!
