I was wondering if anyone knows of a good exercise that people with SCD can do without lossing too much weight?

jogging and muscle strength training should be good. Hope this helped

in my case everytime i exercice, i get pain. i have tried swimming, jogging, weignt lifting. but now i m keen on walking (active walking) and sometimes orbitrack. doing it  two times a week makes me feel good.

My favorite exercise is walking fast.  But just be sure to start slow.  Over time, once your body gets used to it, you can increase your speed and distance.  Just be sure to hydrate when you're done.  If you know you're going to be something more than what you're used to (hiking for example), try taking to tylenol before starting out.  That works for me.
dance...... thats what i do, real fun and GOOD excercise, i wouldnt limit yourself jus becuz we have SCD, but you know your body better than anyone else so if your interested to do something dont be discouraged, jus go for it :)
