I just ordered my dioscovite, i hope it works for me :)

i think it is upsetting my stomach n making me use the bathroom

Hi,

We tried Diascovite on my son when he was very little. I got scared with it because he would throw out quickly after we give it to him. Haven't tried it again. We have used and quite liked the Carao, though. We just stoped it because despite it says its low in Iron, my kids have the hability to retem it as maximum, so we decided to stop and start them on Chlorophyll.

Nina, you're going in the right direction. Chlorophyll, in essence is a great blood cleanser that is mainly used as a detox. Also, it facilitates the production of oxygen in plants, and organically complements the oxygenation of the red blood cell (hemoglobin). The problem is during transport in the bloodstream. When the cells are normal, permeability or absorption through the cell walls are optimal. However with cells that sickle, there is no active transport. With all the oxygenation possible, there's no circulation. No circulation, no oxygen = crisis. Unless you change the genetic footprint ie, Stem Cell or Bone Marrow Transplant of which you're pursuing, the cells will always sickle. Although, if you change the dynamic to address the blood vessels in facilitating circulation and permeability, you are now aiding the body to adapt from a bio-molecular standpoint. You can view this on a blog I found to help my situation as well. http://kamerongroup.hubpages.com/hub/sickle-cell-disease-pain-free

Hope this helps!

Hi Andrew Parks,

In fact my son is on Chronically Blood transfusion since May/2013. He had 2 strokes since September 2012 and we are getting read to have him a bone marrow transplant. The Chlorophyl is helping him very much. Please feel free to learn about my son's story https://www.facebook.com/pages/Caesar-Sant/592087044136325. Also you can help me spread his story by sharing the link below or by visiting http://bonemarrow.org/financial-assistance/one-to-one-funds/partici...

Thank you very much!!!!

Hi Nina, and thanks for your reply. You have an exceptional child, and I will share his journey with others. While awaiting bone marrow transplantation, have you explored vaso-occlusive therapy? There's a research study at www.aafp.org/afp/2000/0301/p1349.html Now the study was evaluated on adults, however the physiology is the same. I'm curious to know your opinion.
