Adult Care and Support in NYC

Hi all,

I am sure there are some out there. I just believe my efforts in finding them have not been great. I would really like to find a really good clinic for adult care and support in the new york city area. I would really like to find it asap so any suggestions are appreciated.

My latest post Supporting Support Groups has a link to a few support groups in NY area. I'm sure they'll have info for clinics, etc.
