Two experts on adolescent health, Peggy McManus, MHS, and Patience White, MD, MA, from the "Got Transition?" program will speak about innovations in health care transition from pediatric to adult care. "Got Transition?" is a federally-funded national resource center on health care transition. Ms. McManus is the President of the National Alliance to Advance Adolescent Health, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the delivery and financing of health care for adolescents. Dr. Patience White is an adult and pediatric rheumatologist who for over 20 years has been involved in transition issues for children with disabilities.
