Webinar presented by Dr. Marsha Treadwell, clinical scientist at the UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland. She is co-principal investigator and Director for the Sickle Cell Care Coordination Initiative funded as a Sickle Cell Disease Implementation Consortium project by the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute. The goal of the Initiative is to use implementation science to improve outcomes for youth and adults with sickle cell disease in Northern California by improving understanding of barriers to care and use of evidence based guidelines.
