I would suggest talking to your doctor about it, different people have different side effects with it, i have been on it for a year now and i dont have any real side effects i have noticed. you can also look into nicosan, i have been told it works well in doing the same thing as well

@Ade....you haven't noticed any side affects, but have you noticed "improvement" in your health?  There can be side affects that could appear long term...check out my research at:

checked out your blog, great post in comparing the two and i do agree that it is hard to point out if there are improvements per se as well. personally i think its a matter or choice and differs from person to person, but before i started on it, i did do my research as well including the wiki articles on your blogs too and spoke to my doctor about the concerns i had about it. but i think that the key is being educated about whatever it is you do decide to take.
