How dangerous is low haemoglobin?

Hi everyone. Hope we are all in good health. Please when dealing with blood levels,how low is terribly low. My HB is usually around 6.6 or my highest is 7 during the good times and i have a heavy body and 21. Pls guys i want to know if this is normal or is there some precautions i should take? Splendid christmas celebrations to all SC WARRIORS.
