they dont drain it all just 4 quarts and it helped me out alot with crisis. look into it with his dr oakland childrens is great. I go to the Heric center in berekely on Dwight street not sure if i spelled it right but they are great there and my insurance covers it. if you got medicare you should be ok. see if you can get him SSI
