Try drinking red raspberry tea. A cup a day, a week before you come on.

Thank you
I wonder if don't know exactly when the menstruation come. Can you still drink the raspberry tea?

Also - Chamomile tea can help, with Yarrow if flow is heavy and bright red; with Yellow Deadnettle if flow is heavy and dark, with clots; or with Mugwort if flow is light.  Red Raspberry leaf goes with any of the above.  So you could mix Raspberry and Chamomile with one of the above and just drink 3 cups a day in the last 10 days of your cycle.  Keep a diary, that can help you keep track.  (btw I'm a herbalist which is why I'm interested!)

Because of painful menstruation, I decided to get on birth control (specifically Generess). I have the MTHFR gene, so technically I shouldn't be on birth control, but I have decided the risk doesn't out weigh the benefit of being able to control which month I get my period. On Generess, I can stop my period from coming for 3 months. So I schedule when I am going to go through the pain of it and make it fit my schedule.
